- Thanks for this excellent article. Also a thing is that nearly all digital cameras can come equipped with the zoom lens so that more or less of that scene to get included by simply 'zooming' in and out. - As I remember, the fixed stator windings in the casing generate a standing field, and the rotating coils of the rotor couple energy out of this field through the torque provided by the engine. Slip rings transfer the induced rotor current (AC) out of the generator. The field (stator) current is increased for heavier loads and decreased for lighter loads, to overcome copper losses, maintaining output voltage regulation.

- I think it disgusting to wear sneakers/tennis shoes without socks because of the sweat. However, flats and sandals are not meant to be worn with socks. It looks dorky that way and diminishes the looks of the sandals. It not a new fad, not that I know of anyways. Some girls might be wearing footies with their flats, though. Footies are like panty hose, but they can be seen from inside your flats (so they just cover the outer rim of your feet).
